Why hire an organizer?

When a person's home or office is unorganized, it can lead to feelings of anxiety, stress, and frustration. Some of the specific ways in which being unorganized can contribute to anxiety include:

·       Clutter: Clutter can be overwhelming and make it difficult for you to focus or relax. Seeing piles of items that you’ve been meaning to deal with can create a sense of being overwhelmed and make it difficult to know where to start.

·       Difficulty finding things: When your space is unorganized, it can be difficult to find what you need. This often means frustration and wasted time.

·       Embarrassment: You may feel embarrassed about the state of your home or office, which can cause isolation and affect your self-esteem.

·       Guilt: You may feel guilty about not being able to keep your space organized, which can contribute to feelings of stress.

·       Difficulty relaxing: When your home or office is unorganized, it can be difficult to relax and feel comfortable in your space. Without knowing why, you may suffer from restlessness and insomnia.

·       Lack of control: Being unorganized can make you feel like you’ve lost control of your space and your life. This can lead to feelings of anxiety and powerlessness.

I have found that disorganization can cause people to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious, which can make it difficult for them to function effectively in their daily life.

As an organizer I love helping people overcome these feelings by creating systems, procedures, and strategies that make it easier for them to maintain an organized space. When your space is in order it can help to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, and frustration.
